Welcome to your quick & easy, get calm now yoga class! 

 

This is the perfect class for you if you’re too tired, but you have just enough energy to do a few stretches and so you should! 

 

So that you can unwind, feel less sore and relax after a long day on the mountain. 

 

This video is part of the Skiers + Snowboarders Yoga Series. This series of videos, are less than 15 mins long, showing you what I usually teach in my winter yoga class in Myoko.

What’s this yoga class about?

 

This is a beginner friendly class, these poses aim to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. 

 

You’ll be stretching the spine a little, stretching out the glutes a litte and lengthening those hamstrings along a little, while also stretching out the lower back.

 

I’ve added a nice shavasana at the end (my favourite pose) so you can totally relax and feel a whole lot better. 

 

This is the end!

 

If you’re new to this blog, Hi! This will be the end. No not really! I don’t give up that easily. 

 

However this will be the last of the snowboarders + skiers yoga series. 

 

It has got me very excited for teaching this winter again and coming up with a new yoga sequences for skiers + snowboarders visiting around Myoko and Akakura onsen. 

 

I’ve listened to suggestions from friends and from asking on instagram. 

 

I’d like to start a few more videos focusing on beginners, on how to incorporate yoga into your life and perhaps more personal videos + blogs on things I use to be the best me and help you be the best you!
