This is a yoga challenge that’s super easy! So no matter how inflexible you think you may be, this Get Started yoga challenge is for you.
If you’ve wanted to get started, but feel intimidated or unsure exactly where to start. Or would like to know what the hell is going on when you go to your first group yoga lesson? This is the yoga challenge for you.
Let this gentle beginner’s challenge, ease you to Get Started to try yoga.
Each pose is very beginner friendly, I won’t be sneaking you to get you into the splits, I promise!
This 7 day yoga challenge goes like this:
– 6 Days of yoga poses, you can do daily throughout your week.
– Day 7, wraps all of these poses into a yoga sequence.
The 6 poses are workshop style, short videos, which show you a simple pose, how to do it and what the benefits are of each pose.

You can always refer back to each pose, if you’re unsure and I’ve even listed the benefits to each pose.
There are many benefits to try yoga, not only will it bring you a greater sense of mobility and movement in your body. It will allow you to feel calmer, to slow down and to relax!
I know its super easy to get off track, you’re busy, I get it! So I’ve created a cheatsheet, that you can download straight onto your phone or computer and check each day off.
I’m so excited that you’ll be joining me for my first ever yoga challenge. I was really scared to do this, as I usually shy away from challenges and had a bit of imposter syndrome.
I know that its easier to have a guideline when you start anything, especially yoga, with easy step by step instructions to follow.
