Day 7 | Get Started | Beginner Yoga Challenge

Welcome to the Final Day, Day 7 of the Get Started beginner yoga challenge! 

This yoga challenge is for you, if you’ve wanted to get started, but feel intimidated, unsure exactly where to start.

It’s the last day! Wow, I’ve thought about this yoga challenge for a long time. 

I made it much shorter, as I originally intended it to be 30 days long. It was a little overwhelming, with all the editing and publishing.

So instead I split it into 4 weeks and I’m so happy with how Week 1 turned out. It seems like I’ve had a few views on youtube, way more than I expected (expectation was very low). 

I made this Beginner’s Yoga Challenge, to make yoga accessible to complete beginners.

As yoga is now so mainstream, it can be seen as very difficult, with people, some who were former gymnasts, doing incredible poses on instagram and then making me feel like stiff plank of wood. 

So I wanted this challenge to show you how certain poses are easy, that you can change them to how your body feels and that there’s so much more to yoga than the poses. 

You’ll feel calmer, rested and even more energised!

Now that it’ll permanently be on this blog and on youtube, I hope that it helps you to start a yoga practice, in the safety of your own home and that it gives you the confidence to go to a yoga lesson nearby. 

The last 6 days of the ‘Get started’ beginner’s yoga challenge, showed you a yoga pose that’s simple, in a workshop style class and told you of the benefits of each pose.

This final day, Day 7, wraps up all of those yoga poses, into a full yoga class its 16 minutes long, its short, so you have no excuses, try this video now.

You don’t have the time to start yoga. I know it’s super easy to get off track, you’re busy, I get it!
