This was filmed live for Instagram, so it’s a perfectly imperfect video, just keeping it real for you. We’ll be moving through half sun salutations, to sun salutations A and a brief moon salutation, to get your body warmed up and moving. Then we’ll follow with more relaxing poses on the mat, to ground down and get present, with an added quick shavasanna at the end to have a pause before the day ahead.

It’s the end of October and we are in peak autumn colours here in the mountains of Myoko.
It’s the perfect time to indulge, eat yummy food, enjoy a heartwarming soak in a onsen, get an oil massage and explore some of the natural beauty of Myoko.
