Its finally the end of the year! Wow that has come around so fast!
Did you get to achieve all that you wanted? I certainly haven’t but looking back a year ago, a lot has happened!
This website is now over a year old, I neglected it over the summer, but I am now determined to add a lot more content and I have finally committed to a niche.
I’ll be adding weekly Free yoga videos and sequences for Snowboarders and Skiers. Now that its winter, for some people, the ski resorts have already opened (lucky them). However for Myoko the ski resorts won’t be open until the 15th December 2018.
We are still waiting for the snow to arrive, there is currently a warm wind but fingers crossed there is a few days of snow on the forecast. Pray to the weather gods for snow!
This month I’ll be teaching yoga in Arai, once at the Akakura Kanko Hotel and once at the Hana no yu in Joetsu.
I’ll be updating the below schedule in the next few days.
